In Iceland, it's common to find a bottle of Icelandic cod liver oil on breakfast buffet so guests can get their morning shot of Vitamin A & D and Omega-3 fatty acids.
8 fl. oz. bottle of Icelandic Cod Liver Oil Ufsalysi is high Vitamin-A cod liver oil from Iceland. It comes from Pollachius virens, a fish Icelanders call ufsi and one that was originally named Gadus virens by Linneaus. Although it is sometimes referred to as pollock, taxonomically Pollachius virens is in the cod family, or Gadidae, along with Atlantic cod, Gadus morhua. This oil is fantastic, but the supply is very limited. Ufsalysi is $20 + $5.00 Priority shipping and handling: see address below
8 fl. oz. bottle of Omega-3 Rich Cod Liver Oil (Porskalysi) I am also selling a lower-Vitamin A, Omega-3 rich cod liver oil from Iceland (not pictured). In Iceland, it's called Porskalysi and popular for children and CLO beginners. It has a wonderful taste. I personally alternate taking this oil with the one above. Omega 3-rich cod liver oil is $12 + $5.00 Priority shipping and handling to: Mother Linda's PO Box 3832 West Lafayette, IN 47906
